1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slotly.chat ("Slotly," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, AI voice receptionist, booking platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Slotly. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

Slotly provides an AI-powered voice receptionist and booking management platform designed for barbers and salons. Our Service includes:

  • AI Voice Receptionist: An artificial intelligence system that answers phone calls on behalf of barbers, conducts natural conversations with clients, and books appointments automatically
  • Booking Management: Scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and calendar management for barber appointments
  • Attribution Analytics: Tracking which social media platforms and posts drive bookings, including earnings-per-post analytics
  • Dedicated Booking Number: A unique phone number assigned to each barber for clients to call

Additional channels (web booking, mobile app, WhatsApp) may be introduced in the future. The availability of features may vary by plan and region.

3. Account Registration

To use Slotly's services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

Slotly operates on a commission-based pricing model for individual barbers. You only pay when you earn through bookings made via our platform:

Starter Tier — 10% Commission

$0/month base fee. A 10% commission is charged on each booking completed through Slotly. Available for up to 30 bookings per month. Includes AI voice receptionist, automatic reminders, and platform-level attribution analytics.

Growth Tier — 8% Commission

$0/month base fee. An 8% commission is charged on each booking. This rate is automatically applied when you reach 31 or more bookings per month. Includes everything in Starter plus post-level attribution analytics, booking stats dashboard, and earnings-per-post tracking.

Pro Tier — 5% Commission

$29/month base fee. A 5% commission is charged on each booking. Unlimited bookings per month. Includes everything in Growth plus voice AI booking, advanced booking analytics, and priority support.

Salon add-on plans are available separately starting at $49/month. Commission fees are calculated based on the total service price charged to the client. Slotly reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. AI Voice Receptionist

By using our AI voice receptionist feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The AI receptionist acts on your behalf when answering calls from your clients. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to the AI (services, pricing, availability) is accurate and up to date.
  • Callers will be informed that they are interacting with an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and service improvement.
  • The AI voice receptionist is designed to assist with booking but may not handle every scenario perfectly. We do not guarantee that every call will result in a successful booking.
  • You are responsible for honoring bookings made by the AI on your behalf. Failure to honor confirmed bookings may result in account restrictions.
  • Slotly is not liable for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or miscommunications that may occur during AI-handled calls.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Provide false or misleading information about your services, pricing, or availability
  • Manipulate or abuse the commission system, including creating fake bookings
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate barber or salon booking management
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this acceptable use policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, AI models, branding, and design, is owned by Slotly and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (such as your business information, service descriptions, and pricing). By providing this content, you grant Slotly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not use the Slotly name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent, except as necessary to identify your use of the Service (e.g., "Powered by Slotly").

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLOTLY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Missed appointments or scheduling errors caused by AI system failures
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
  • Errors in attribution analytics or booking data
  • Actions taken by clients based on interactions with the AI voice receptionist

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SLOTLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • By you: You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Any outstanding commission fees remain payable.
  • By Slotly: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine that your continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your Slotly booking number will be deactivated, and pending bookings may be cancelled. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of your booking data before or within 30 days after termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
